I’ve been an active diver since 1972, and became interested in wreck diving while living near the Great Lakes in the 80’s. I moved to the Boston area in the early 90’s and realized what a great area it is for exploration, and have been searching for shipwrecks in here ever since. I’ve been lucky enough to find like-minded divers and have now discovered and documented over 20 wrecks including the YF-415, Brenton Reef Lightship, and Augustus Snow. I was one of the first divers to explore the Palmer/Crary duo at 365 feet of water, and one of only 5 to dive the Steamship Portand in 470 feet in Stellwagen Sanctuary. I’m also a tremendous fan of diving wrecks in Lake Superior, the Florida Keys, and to New York/ New Jersey to dive the Andrea Doria, U-869 and the USS Spikefish.
